Dismissal Petition Academic Probation/ Dismissal Documents
The academic dismissal petition for the 2024 - 2025 academic year is available for download below. The same petition will be used for 1st and 2nd Academic Dismissal.
Last day to submit petitions for 2024-2025:

夏天:
- Petitioners will use the 2024-2025 Petition Packet Below.
- Keep in mind that summer enrollment is not guaranteed.
- In order to have your summer petition considered, students 必须 submit their petition 2 weeks prior to the summer term.
为期三周的课程: The "Wintermester" session, which is a part of the spring semester, and "Maymester" session, which is a part of the summer session, are not options for students on Academic Dismissal.

The petition will need to be downloaded and saved to your computer to be completed. All parts of the dismissal petition are required to be typed, not hand written.
For 1st and 2nd dismissals: Please print out and submit 完成后,输入 dismissal petition along with the required reflection statement to your 建议 Institute. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for a decision email from either an 建议 Team Lead or Certified Advisor. 提交一份 不完整的 呈请资料袋(including typed reflection statement) will be asked to return with the completed packet.
2024-2025 Academic Dismissal Petition
For 3rd or permanent dismissal students: Petitions are reviewed by committee. Please submit your completed petition along with the required reflection statement by emailing Ms. 伊丽莎白·奎利亚尔 ecuellar7@szsxcj.com.
Third or Permanent Dismissal Petition
如果你在 Continued Academic Probation following an Academic Dismissal:
- 你必须:
- Meet with your assigned advisor for a midterm progress review
- 提交 a 进展报告 to your advisor. This should be submitted halfway through the semester (between weeks 6 and 8).
- Students 必须 submit a 进展报告 to be eligible for early registration. 进度报告 必须 be turned in prior to the start of registration for the following semester.
- 进展报告s will not be accepted after registration begins.
- Students who have not turned in the required 进展报告, prior to the start of registration, will not be eligible to register until final grades have been posted.
